OPEN LETTER TO GOV ROCHAS OKOROCHA (OON) ON ORLU ZONE AND 2019 GOVERNORSHIP. March 29,2017.

Majority of Ndi Orlu zone, the political class, the elites, community leaders, opinion leaders, Youth/students, Women , church and the traditional institution in their good conscience are not interested and do not want an indigene of Orlu zone to contest the 2019 Gubernatorial election for the obvious reason- Orlu have had their fair share of two turns of Eight years totaling sixteen years at Douglas house since 1999.
I put it to you with due respect that you have it at the closet of your chest to want your son inlaw uche Nwosu to succeed you come 2019,against all the odds despite your manipulative pretences and cosmetics .
Maximum greed is destructive and sinful. If not for brutal and criminal greediness and perhaps insecurity nothing would tempt you to want your son inlaw to succeed you come 2019 after the 8 years take. I am tempted to strongly advise you to discontinue this inordinate and absurd ambition, it won't work. Ndi Imo across party lines will resist you on this with everything humanly possible. Do not push owerri and okigwe zones to the wall- their reaction and resistance will be unprecedented.Orlu zone will disappoint you when the chips are down.
The very few people supporting you and uche Nwosu on this game plan are those who simply want to lure you and uche to spend and lose money...
Uche Nwosu is ordinarily a nice person and is constitutionally qualified to contest any election of his choice but the moral burden to want to succeed his father inlaw from the same zone after orlu zone's 16 years take is acidic and very dangerous .
Owerri zone in my personal opinion should be allowed to produce the next governor . The zone parades credible and competent gubernatorial aspirants even within APC. Next to line is Okigwe zone. orlu zone is out of it and must forget producing a governor in the next eight years from 2019. ORLU PROJECT MUST END IN 2019.
Your performance as a governor is not strikingly impressive but too roguish for the people to follow your personal, unconstitutional and absurd benchmark on age-that no person above 50 years will succeed you.You must stop playing God. The people shall follow the constitutional provision on age in Nigeria and not your grandstanding.
You do not have the Godly, extraordinary or voodoo spiritual powers to stop Emeka Ihedioha, Leostan Ekeh,Jude Ejiogu, Ifeanyi Ararume,ikedi ohakim who are above 50 years to contest. Only the good people of Imo and God can decide their fates.You can't even stop your deputy, Eze Madumere on the basis of age, who is more or less like your son if he has the courage to pursue his guber ambition with or without you..
Let me give you this smart advise-
Exercising integrity , or integratedness, means translating the mission to the moment with peace of mind and confidence- whether putting first things means carrying out your plan or creating conscience directed change! YOU MUST START NOW TO SHOP FOR PEACE OF MIND AFTER 2019.
